Biography: Nancy Anderson is the senior manager in charge of Boeing Oklahoma City Engineering & Logistic Services (E&LS). She has 20 years of diverse engineering management and leadership experience. She is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the E&LS Organization. Nancy joined Boeing in April 1997 and has held multiple engineering management positions. She was the Oklahoma Site Senior Engineering Manager for the B-1B and B-2 programs. In this capacity, she was responsible for repeated engineering successes in delivering B-1B Avionics Flight Software and B-2 software maintenance products. She also held leadership positions on the Boeing IDS Horizontal Integration Leadership Teams responsible for Processes, Tools and Technology.
She has successfully led her teams through multiple CMM and CMMI appraisals and is an avid supporter of performance improvements through the use of Program Management Best Practices. Prior to joining Boeing, Nancy founded and operated an Internet consulting company in Centerville Ohio. On-Line Express Inc. provided Internet training, Library Internet policies, client web sites, computer network proposals/contracts, and technical support for client network installations.
Nancy started her professional career with AIL Systems Inc. She was responsible for technical integration of the AN/ALQ-161A defensive avionics system into the B-1B aircraft. Nancy was also instrumental in establishing the AIL Internet and corresponding training curriculum and led the AIL Direct Connect initiative involved in improving coordination and communication between the Air Force and B-1B Associate Contractors.
Nancy is a graduate of Stony Brook University, New York, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Math and Statistics, and a Master of Arts degree in Computer Resource and Information Management from Webster University, Missouri.
Nancy serves as a Director of the Oklahoma City Chapter of Zonta International. She will also join the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in February 2006. She has actively supported Women in Aviation International and served on her local parish school Board of Education. Nancy is involved in political campaigns and volunteers’ her technical talents and time to make a difference (“pay it forward”).
Nancy received the Amelia Earhart Barbara Clark Pioneer Award for 2002, and led her teams to the Boeing IDS 2004 B-1 Silver Eagle Award, and the USAF 2004 B-1 Lancer Customer Satisfaction Award.

Biography:
Dr. Cynthia E. Rolfe currently serves as Assistant to the President and Vice President for Information Technology at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. She is responsible for the university’s strategic direction for technology and the general management of computing services, enterprise services, telecommunications and networking, training and worldwide web support.
Dr. Rolfe earned her Doctorate from Oklahoma State University, with an emphasis in information systems management. She has been an associate professor, Computer Information Systems, at Bryant College, Smithfield, Rhode Island and has owned her own company which specialized in management consulting, systems analysis and design, network design, technical support, and training. Dr. Rolfe served the University of Nebraska at Omaha as Assistant Vice Chancellor where she was responsible for incorporating educational technology and distance education into the academic curriculum, radio and television stations, University Library, audio-visual services and faculty development.
Dr. Rolfe serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is on the Board of Directors for Edmond Parks and Recreation and the Fine Arts Institute of Edmond. Dr. Rolfe is a member of the SCT Quality Assurance Board. She is a member of the Edmond Central Rotary, Leadership Oklahoma Class XII, Society for College and University Planning, and The Oklahoma Academy for State Goals. She has recently served as a Trustee for the Edmond Economic Development Authority.
Dr. Rolfe’s primary avocation is in the field of alternative health and metaphysics. She enjoys reading, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Biography:
John Burnett is the Assistant Director of the Character Training Institute, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing materials and training for families, communities and organizations interested in building good character. John has conducted character-training seminars for businesses and government leaders since 1998 and has a BA in Psychology and a MA in Education.
John has been involved with various organizations in helping with character and ethics development initiatives on both a national and international scope, and is a founding member of the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium.
John and his wife, Cheryl, have been married for twenty-four years and have eight children. He enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in church, camping and fishing.

Biography: Joe Hight, The Oklahoman's managing editor for research and development, has been in the newspaper business for more than 25 years. Hight is president of the Dart Center for Trauma and Journalism, an international organization based at the University of Washington. He co-authored the booklets "Tragedies & Journalists: A Guide for More Effective Coverage" and "Managing the Unexpected." He also co-founded the People and the Media Program at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he was named as a "distinguished former student."
He also is chairman of the Mid-America Press Institute and serves on the boards of several other journalism-related organizations. He has taught and lectured at several universities, been a visiting faculty member at the Poynter Institute and has spoken at national conventions and workshops, including two National Writers' Workshops. He also has coordinated many workshops, including a National Writers' Workshop and several for Mid-America.
He also wrote several articles on writing, editing, victims’ coverage and other subjects in the latest edition of "Reporting for the Media," a textbook that's used at many universities. At The Oklahoman, he was victims’ team leader of the Oklahoma City bombing coverage that won two national SPJ awards, a national Dart Award for Excellence in Coverage of Violence and many others. He and his wife, Nan, have two children, Elena, a high school sophomore, and Elyse, a fifth-grader.
