The Medieval Trebuchet was built with material contributions from the New Long Bell Lumber Company and Westlake Hardware Stores of Edmond, Oklahoma. Steel banding was provided by Smith Equipment Co. Our thanks to these supporters ! Firing of the trebuchet has taken place and it will launch a bowling ball 100 yards!

Trebuchet featured November 9, 2001 for Come learn about all things Medieval at the Medieval Society Meetings held monthly throughout the semester.
Design and construction of the Trebuchet fulfilled a portion of the Medieval Warfare class credit. Assistance was provided by the UCO Medieval Society members and faculty sponsors.
