As Director of this interdisciplinary program at UCO it is my belief that through such programs as this we can begin to cross ethnic barriers and build ties that will bind our world, our nation, and our state together and make us truly one family of humankind. This program is not designed to break down differences or destroy uniqueness; it is designed to help us understand the differences and uniquenesses and not see them as barriers to understanding and cooperation. Variety is the spice of life, and your director hopes to spice up all of our lives and enrich them. For this reason I not only encourage all Americans to enroll in this minor program, but international students as well. I am absolutely confident of the exciting future that awaits all of us.
 

My office is where you can get direction and advice. I want to work with each and every one of you on a personal basis so we can tailor your program, within the program guidelines, and maximize not only your enjoyment but your enrichment.
