The class will use the system Turnitin.com to submit the the three essays. Here's what you do:
(1) Go to the above link.
(2) Click "create user profile" and follow the instructions.
(3) Enter the class account id 2290893. The account enrollment password is gotcha.
(4) From there, follow the instructions to upload a paper. Most of you will be uploading from Word off your desktop or hard drive. If not, then copy and paste your paper in the provided textbox.
My intent in using Turnitin.com is not to necessarily police for plagiarism, though that is an added benefit of the system. I am using it primarily because it gives me a convenient way to read and grade your essays.
