On October 20th, 2004, the English Society attended poetry night at Galileo Bar and Grill.
We ate pizza and appetizers, listened to poetry, and had a great time.

Radical Film Series
Together with the Democratic Socialists, the English Society presented Banned in Oklahoma,
a documentary about the seizing of the movie, The Tin Drum and the subsequent lawsuit
in Oklahoma County.
The creator of the film, Gary Rhodes, is an adjunct English faculty
member this semester.
