Mission Statement In as much as civilized man has always searched the pages of the past for thoughts, opinions, and answers, we believe this University needs an organization to meet and discuss the creative works of the past, the present, and the future. To this end, the University of Central Oklahoma English Society shall provide an opportunity for the students of this fine University to meet and/or discuss creative works in an atmosphere both stimulating and educational. This shall be achieved by providing programs designed to further interests in literature, creative writing, and other works of art.
